Ok I am going from a limb here' know but I dare say that the title on this article is totally factual that BPOs have been certainly one of otherwise Probably the most overlooked Profit Centers within the Real-estate business.
Becoming an experienced REO and BPO Realtor for upwards of 12 years I have came across many Realtors and Brokers who may have said several things regarding the business I'm in everyday, Oftentimes I buy retail Agents or Brokers who visit me asking the best way to break into the REO business. On the other hand rarely if get someone that asks "How may i start doing BPOs?". Why? Well I'll dare to convey that they just usually are not that sexy. Everyone wants is the next REO King or Queen but who would like to be a BPO agent? Reality is doing BPOs is precisely generate income broke into the REO business also to this very day the BPO has become a portion of my company model.
But ok listed here are what the Objectors say:
I remember when i did BPOs on the other hand was just fed up with caught for $30-50 here and $30-50 there. It is just not worthwhile!!!
My solution is NOT Worthwhile!!! Seriously??! Do you find it worth the cost in the event you made an extra $25,000-$100,000+ per year just out of your BPO business?
Am I being serious? What supports those numbers? Solution is My opportunity does. Yes you heard right daily I process usually over 10 BPOs every day more than 50 weekly as well as over 300+ a month. When we inform me they just want the REO Listings or that doing BPOs is really a waste I seriously believe they aren't the type of Agents or Brokers which have what must be done to make it in the default servicing industry. They need the top checks, they want the awards from thier toted RE/MAX, Keller Williams or National Brand.
What they are losing out on is a huge possiblity to support thier existing businesses and propel thier name into the default servicing industry. My service is seeking to change that a bit, one agent at the same time.
